My 2.5 yr old son spent a year in Primrose School of Westchase. We moved to Houston from Turkey, the biggest question on our minds when we sent our son to daycare was the adaptation process.Everyone at this school supported the process to pass quicky and smoothly with their professional approach and constant feedback they gave us.Especially Ms. Samira who speaks Turkish in the Preschool Pathways class was very helpful in understanding our son during the transition when he did not speak English. I would like to thank all the teachers and school administration who surrounded my son with love in their classrooms. The playgrounds separated according to the ages of the children are great, there are enough and quality materials in the classroom, the teachers are warm and patient and the administration is always friendly. Its sad that we have to leave the school because of moving to another state I happily reccomend this school

My kid was in infant class in this school. The staff was looking friendly and helpful. In first couple of weeks he was happy to go to school. Then after sometime he started to cry when I left him to school. I thought something wrong. The other week he came with bruises in his arm. We think it is mistakenly done. Then my kid started to afraid from people outside of the school. I understand there is something going on at this school. Next day I went to pick up my kid at an earlier time than I usually picked up. I found my kid standing in a crib and crying. No one was caring. He was scared. And it wasn't nap time though. If you love your child do not send to this school. There is violence in this school. and there is nobody to complain bc the school manager is the son of the school franchise owner Anne Emery. She yelled at me on the phone very unprofessionally. It is not old good Primrose anymore. They care only money, not the kids.

We have been so happy with our experience at Primrose. My child's growth has been exponential. We left a daycare situation that we were very unhappy with and we are so happy to see the difference that a well-run and well-staffed program can make on a child. The teachers are top notch and have been so patient and helpful. The administration and teachers are so good at communicating with parents. We get so many pictures throughout the day. Our child is old enough to communicate with us about his experience and he always has the best things to say about his teachers. He tells us about all the things he is learning and how much he loves all the staff he comes into contact with. Primrose at Westchase is very well-run and the teachers are wonderful.

I called to schedule a tour because it wasn't going through on the website. I was very bluntly told that they weren't accepting applications for my child and because my child wasn't fully potty trained they wouldn't be considered when their age range opens for applicants in August. I called to schedule a tour to see if they would be a good fit for MY child and I guess I got my answer with a phone call.
