My Son Has Recently started here, He is only 3 months so I was a bit hesitant if it its too early to take him to preschool. Ms Tara filled that void in my heart with the rest of the directors and teacher's. Every morning Im greeted with a warm welcome from everyone working at the front desk. Everyone is so nice. Ms Tara and her staff go infinity and beyond to make sure my son is ok. Im writing this review to say to anyone with the same thinking I had in the beginning this is your destination! Glad to say my son is in good hands!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone at this daycare is! We've been with this daycare through all 3 infant rooms, and now 3 toddler classrooms. Everything is provided - meals, snacks, splashpad, enrichment, great curriculum, family engagement activities- anything you can think of is handled. Throughout this journey, we've had consistently amazing teachers who have taken excellent care of my child and continue to check in on her as she grows through of each room. My little one is not only incredibly happy but also learning so much. The administrators and director are truly top-notch; they prioritize proactive communication and are genuinely committed to ensuring every child's happiness and well-being.

We had a great experience at TLE- West University. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. Everyone is always happy. The teachers take great care of the kids. My child felt loved at TLE. She learned a lot during this year. Ms. Tayla and Ms. Kayla were her favorite teachers. I highly recommend it.

We had our child at TLE for over 2 years. The first almost 2 years were amazing. We loved and refereed several people. Over the last 6-8 months there has been ridiculous turnover. My final straw was when my child was borderline assaulted by a teacher with scratches that drew blood across his face. The director did not care to find out what happened or reconcile what happened but rather blamed my 2 year old saying he probably bit a kid first(which we only had 1 complaint ever of our child biting and never a formal write up or discussion). A 45 minute phone conversation with zero concern for a child with bloody/scabbed scratch marks across his face that were much to large to be that of another toddler but rather to defend herself and the business she runs. The curriculum completely went down the drain and we routinely walked in on the kids watching tv and just given playdough to occupy time. The turnover of teachers was absurd and left our toddler with inconsistency. Weve recently switched and our son is much happier and advancing much quicker. I hated seeing TLE take such a sharp decline because the first 2 years we could t have been happier until the recent 180. I would not suggest the to anyone in its current state. If somehow they can restore what it was of 2021/2022, it was second to none, but unfortunately no longer.
