        This is an excellent day care facility. It is very clean and organized; the teachers and staff are loving and genuinely care about my daughters; and they have just the right balance for us of organized learning and free play. We love it!

        My 3-year old son got bruise on his arm and adult finger nail scratch on his ear one day when I picked him up. The teacher said she did not know what has happened to him and guessed that maybe some parents have done that because my son tried to hug every parents tightly when they come to pick up their kids. But my son told me the teacher has pinched his ear when he refused to take the nap. And that is not the worst. The worst is that when I asked them to provide an incident report about what happened, they lied that: "After speaking with staff, no teacher observed a bruise or scratch while in care", signed by Loni Spier, whom saw the bruise and scratch at the very first place.
