        Once I called to ask about this cremation process I was greeted with a really really great lady who took me step by step even if I asked multiple times she never faltered. And when I had an issue with the contract she took me step by step through it and made sure that I understood everything that was on that contract it was a great relief to me that I didn't have to worry! I even received my urn within a week of signing up and I'm able to make this process so much easier for my children by filling out all this information which is a blessing! It really was easy process considering I was planning for my own passing. Thank you so much
