Hello how much is to connected water service my sister call and told me they charging her more then 300 to connecte the water service shes moving to a new place and she needs water in her place?

My billing issue was fixed after a couple of months but I had to prove w/ a licensed plumber that there were no leaks on the property. I also had video of faulty meter recording. I can understand HCWCID36's apprehension with customers as this is Cloverleaf and it's not the same as it was in the 80's, lots of shady people. Even though I hounded them almost weekly for months I remained pleasant, you get more flies w/ honey. And I used email to give them time to reply when convenient.

Worst customer service. The person responding to my billing question hung up on me since I needed ore explanation to her response.

They are the worst. Whenever there is any issues with my water bill or if I have any questions they never give any clear answer. The office is always closed and when you call the lady is always mad and ready to hang up. They only time they will do anything is when you owe them money. This is the worst water company here I don't understand how they are still operating.
