I wouldn't give it any stars! We have struggled because of inefficiency and incompetence and above all the poor organization and knowledge of its staff! We got a first permit, they said in 7 to 15 days you would "get" an email and we were waiting and nothing came, we called after 17 days and they told us that after a week they had already authorized the permit, and we went to pay for it and they We told the girl about it and she said: "We always send emails" WELL WE DIDN'T GET ANYTHING!!! Afterwards we got another permit and I asked the girl for the final inspection, and she said that when everything was finished she would speak for the inspection, and I asked her repeatedly? Safe? When is everything finished and the cement and everything? Her: yes!! Now it turns out that it wasn't like that!! That the inspector had to see the tubes installed and they are making our lives miserable because of their incompetence and ignorance! They are supposed to have communication and preparation to tell people what the next step is! These people play with people's time and money, now what will happen if the inspector orders us to tear down everything due to that lady's negligence? Is she going to pay me all the expenses? And here nothing wants to be held responsible!! Horrible, they are supposed to help not delay the process and stress people out!!
