Usually it take 3-5 minutes to get Ez tag chip if you have account, but they train new employee on customer took me 10 minutes with new employee. First train your employee then bring it on front desk

Paid money to use this toll road just to sit in traffic on a TOLL HIGHWAY. I was completely stopped for 20 minutes with no accidents. Borderline robbery. they should prevent any kind of traffic if they're charging the outrageous amount that they are. Using the toll actually cost me more time and money. Never again.

I was in a crash and totaled my vehicle. I needed to get a new EZ Tag and was not looking forward to dealing with this issue. Jasmine made it very simple and was very kind and professional walking me through all of the steps. I even had past tolls I did not know about. My card expired and is was a nightmare getting that situated with all the different toll tags (Fort Bend, Texas and EZ Tag). Thankfully today was much smoother than expected. I can even use the toll roads while waiting for my tag. Thank you!
