I won't say the court, I will say Curbey, the family judge of this court. She has no idea of the importance of family, she has legal knowledge but no justice, a great lack of professional ethics and humanity. He does not love justice, he is there for money and to delight injustice using his authority (temporary by the way) The day I was there the judge said that she grew up in a very dysfunctional family, and it is obvious that this is having repercussions on the city, on the town. She took refuge in intellectualism and achieved diplomas but her inner personality of a damaged girl created that she did not heal and she delights in humiliating, mocking, shouting and hurting other people exactly using the vulnerable area that people seek justice that is what comes out of her mouth. And the mouth speaks of the abundance of the . I was denied a protection order for my minor son against a white woman who turned my son into an addict, bring all the evidence videos when the white lady's son is taught how to use drugs my son. and my son can't and then videos where he can now and they applaud him (the 34-year-old white woman and her 17-year-old son) I have been fighting this for a year and this psychopath woman comes in the middle of the night to take out my youngest son old man from my house, I also printed the Instagram conversation where she tells him to get out and she will wait for him at the end of the street, he was reported for running away from home (this woman has insulted him multiple times to escape) and The police always find him at Amber Rosenboum's house and they only make more reports. I moved to prevent my son from being in the same school with her son and she did everything possible so that her son would be settled in the school where I moved. my son, (Thank God they didn't accept it) Amber was also a sponsor to open a Cash App account for my son and be able to get him addicted to drugs and this led him to an overdose, the texts show that my son asks the Amber's son and he ignores him saying that he is sleepy, (he tried to kill my son that's why I went for a restraining order) but the judge did not approve it according to her due to lack of evidence, she decided not to see my evidence as apparently it is of their customThis Rosenboum family has forced my son to use firearms to kill animals under the influence of drugs within the legal limits of the city to shoot (rabbits) When I told that to the judge, she made fun of me and asked the white woman, is that true, she answered No, and that was all for this judge to decide her miserable justice (she knew that the woman was lying but spirits attract one to another. I took the CPS case # to court that I called for help myself and gave them videos and conversations in text messages they did nothing. they only asked Amber to stay away, but how would she understand thatMany Reports to the police I work in refineries (minimum wage doesn't match housing costs, right?) so most of the time I'm at work, it's not time with my kids but it's time for my kids , and this woman has taken advantage of this situation that I am not at home for long to come and destroy my family. This woman's husband has already been in jail for selling drugs and her son distributes them at school. And the judge tells me that I am the bad mother who is of no use and that my son's behavior is due to my teachings. She has no idea what that lady is talking about. If you read what you should have studied, you should know that teenagers can be influenced especially when they have not grown up among evil and that is what happened with my son. You should also know that people are not going to ask for your personal opinion, we are just following the rules of the law, which is something that they are not doing. People, only God is the judge. Just do not carry burdens that are not yours placed by a common human full From evil you are what you know and God knows you are, be free in your spirit and use the experience to trust God more.

I was trying to file for a Emergency Protective Order and the person I spoke to, Raul on the 6th floor was very rude. I told him what I needed and he looked at me amd said, "by looking at you, I can tell you, you don't have the requirements to do so". Wooow, mind blowing. Profiling at its best, smh. I had on jeans amd a sweatshirt, no make up and hair up. What does that gotta do in order for me to FILE for a protective order for my grandbaby? I POA and he just wasn't wiling to listen and assumed. Whatever, I hope his supervisor or someone contacts me so I can put a formal complaint.

this court is the worst, this judge and her crew,,,barron,, are crooks. they are not interested in facts,I think they are very bias, and men bashers. I currently have filed complaints against this court. and I will continue to write complaints til something gets legally done,due process, respect for rights need to be taken in their thoughts,I am currently getting a list of people that think they were not treated fairly with this court. contact me,and I'll put you on the list with my attorney. I've posted on Craigslist looking for anyone. you are not alone,list gets bigger by the day. together we can be heard,and treated fairly. thanks

Total sham court. Judge principally adjudicates cases concerning 1 or 2 specific chapters out of the Texas Family Code and does so with poor adherance to those chapters. This incompetent, biased, and disrespectful judge issues Orders that are in direct violation of the very few statutes under her purview. This court operates in a manner that creates serious due process issues. The judge in this court issued a 12 year order of protection against me that has NO finding that family violence occurred, and NO finding that family violence was likely to occur in the future. These findings are required, by statute, for an order granted for a period in excess of 2 years. In my first appearance at this court, I made requests to admit evidence and witnesses, but the judge denied these oral motions and instead steered me into speaking with the District Attorney Christina Escobar. The judge did this while implying that I would have no option but to try to conduct the hearing on my own later without an attorney representing me. The Judge/Coordinator made me sign a waiver to do so, but wouldn't accept the waiver when I wrote something to the effect of "wish to seek counsel" on the form (I still have the copy). The District Attorney that I felt directed to "negotiate with", without counsel, was aiding the prosecution of me for meritless felony charges in Court 339; charges which were later dismissed due to there being ZERO probable cause. In front of the judge, I have made allegations that the affadavit submitted by the Applicant to her court was perjured. I even offered to tender proof, but the judge disallowed this. During this same hearing, the judge, while openly and intentionally mocking me, proceeded to open up a statue book and seemingly deliberately misread the statues. The misreading of the statute wasn't a misread word or two here or there; the judge litteraly added at least an entire sentence to her recitation of the statute (the judge was freestyling the statutes while pretending to recite them). I literally had to pull out my copy of the statutes I had printed and correct her. It's ridiculous that a chemist would have to do this for someone who is both a lawyer and a judge. This judge has no business being on the bench. I've made several requests to get the transcripts for my hearings from the court reporter (over several months). These requests (even for the initial quote) have gone unanswered. I suspect that the judge is playing a role in denying me access to these transcripts. In a motion to vacate hearing, DA Chirstina Escobar was present in front of the judge and coordinator proceeding my presence. I suspect the court administration and judge heard comments about my case from the DA in the absence of my presence. This is totally unacceptable, but I guess that anything goes in this sham court. As I approached, the DA scurried like a rat as the DA is legally/ ethically disallowed from representing the Applicant in this particular type of hearing. If you go in front of this judge as a Respondent with an Application for an order stemming from criminal charges and are without an attorney, then you are screwed. You will effectively have no chance of not having an order issued against you. The process setup in this court is designed to railroad you; no matter how unfounded the criminal charges against you may be.
