Didnt appreciate being stalked at this Sephora location in the name of pretend customer service. Taking turns to indiscreetly-discreetly scope me out, approach me, and laugh about how another employee beat you to me (since they hadnt coordinated with you on their plans to sneak up on me..I guess? ) when youre each likely assigned to certain areas of the store so you couldve assigned one person in the area I was in to keep an eye on me if I look sooo sketchy . I didnt pay them any mind. If that kind of thing happens Ill just ignore it and mind my business OR put you to work since you want to be a personal assistant THAT bad. I made my purchase and left but I shouldve assigned a personal assistant to myself lol to hold a basket for me and walk with me through the entire store and discuss each product with me that I had interest in then only buy what I came there to because if you want to work I can definitely put you to work. Now that wouldve been top level customer service . Management please do not respond. This review is being left in the style of Reddit. Its to share an experience, not to make direct requests to the company, location, or employees to do or change anything. I always crack up when people leave reviews saying things like they just lost a good customer or I wont be patronizing them ever again or they wont be getting any of my business..like babe youre one customerIm preeeetty sure theyll be fine . Dont leave the review for them, leave it for US, the people who tap the Reviews tab on Google. WE want to know. We want the scoop, the lowdown. Tell Confess-A-Bear! LOL

All the times that Ive shopped at this particular Sephora, Ive had nothing but great experiences. The employees here are actually very kind and helpful without the attitude. I love coming here and theyre always willing to help. Thank yall!

This was maybe one of the most displeasurable Sephora shopping experiences. Between the loss prevention man glaring you down while having a fake phone conversation via headphones and trying to present as a regular shopper. And the associates just standing around you, a breath away, pretending to stare at a shelf I felt so uncomfortable. Most of my skincare comes exclusively from Sephora, but I dont think Ill be going back into this store.

I went in today looking to be shade matched for a Nars foundation.Normally, just standing in an isle a staff member will greet you and asked if youll like to be shade match, did not happen but thats ok , figured they are busy. I saw no employees near by. Once I found an employee I asked if I could get shade match she asked me for what makeup isle and my name and told me to wait there that someone will be there. I stood and waited while I looked at the foundation thinking which shade will most likely be. An employee came by but she was with another customer and no excuse me , I was just pushed out the way, 10 minutes later still no Staff to shade match so I left and went to a different location . This location has bad customer service.
