        I've been to this location twice. The first time I was ignored and spent the first 5 minutes looking for someone to help me with a question I had. Then today I went to return an item and was there before the store was opened. There was no parking in front of the store, I can only assume that the employees are parking in the close spaces and leaving the inconvenient parking for the customers. I know these are the employees, because it's Sunday and the stores on either side are closed on Sundays.

        I work around is Ulta and the first time I walked in I was looking for a tinted moisturizer and I asked one of the employees there for help and he responded rudely to use whatever I have been using and turned around and kept chit chatting. Today I walked back in to look for foundation and all the employees were just standing around talking . No one bothered to ask if I needed help so I asked two ladys that were just standing and talking. They told me they did not know what to recommend me and to go talk to the rep from lancome that she might be able to help. The only reason I come here is because I work by it and its convenient but they never help and are lazy. I would of thought Ulta would have trained employees working for them .

        Came in and requested for a return. So they call one of their leaders to do it and her name is Lorena. THE MOST RUDEST PERSON. I literally said I was making a return and my niece even heard me say it. She goes and say ok well that wasnt mentioned to me so, i dont know what you were doing. There used items without ANY packaging, common sense and communication is lacking with this person. I dont know what her issue was but if youre having a bad day, (LIKE EVERYONE ELSE) maybe you shouldve call off. This is by far the worst ulta with the most gross attitudes.
