        Their customer service is unbeatable. The young lady who helped me took me directly to all 4 products I needed. I was able to check out within 5 minutes. It just a shame they support certain political ideologies. Unfortunately, that was my last visit due to this. This was recently brought to my attention and makes me so sad. When they are done pushing ideologies, I'll be back AND post 5 stars Nothing against anyone who is LGBTQAI+ (Which I'm in), I just find it gross when big business pushes certain government sides no matter the side.

        I give 3 stars because I went in to do a full face that was quoted at 60 dollars on the website. When I went in to get it done it was 60 plus 25 application fee. I felt like the price should be all included. I want to go in with the mindset of this is how much Im paying. The young lady Tia did a wonderful job. She did everything I asked for

        Broke the makeup I was using as reference then put the part on the floor back on top. It was sanitized but shouldnt offered a replacement sample visit another location.

        Horrible customer service. Went to this location first time with my sister who had worked at Sephora. She approached a girl who was doing her nails and asked her a question about a product, and the girl just shook her head No and continued to do her nails on the clock. Then at check out, there were five employees at the front of the registers and the girl on the left clearly saw us approach the counter, waiting to be called on. Then she stated that she thought we were with the other customer who was already checking out at the register next to us, which we clearly were not. She would not even make eye contact with us, my sister asked her a question at checkout to use her gift card. She ignored her and was super inattentive.
