The only reason I gave 2 stars was because this store had what I was looking for. The staff was barley civil and was not interested. This is not the first time Ive had this problem at this store. I will not return!

Very cold and unhelpful staff. Good hair products layout though. Strong variety with upscale brands representation. Price isnt competitive compared to the brands online offerings

Terrible customer service. Treat you awful and also.. almost every tester is beyond expired. Jo Malone testers expired in 2016. La Mer expired in 2015. Moroccan hair care was so old it was separated.

Terrible service, today was my second time to this location, I live in Austin. I usually purchase in Austin. I love Bluemercury and I am a loyal customer since 2009. This location at Rice university gave me terrible service for the second time. The sales lady was not very nice to me and was very arrogantly. Finally I gave up and left the store. I went to another location at Voss street in Houston. They gave me the picture I uploaded, 2 things combined with 20%off. This store the lady made me feel very stupid. The other store makes things easy. I feel discriminated against.
