Lush Cosmetics Highland Village

I was looking to shop for a specific item on Sunday. I understand is was holiday this pass Sunday however every store expect this location showed as open. I called multiple time no answer. So I went online and got on to a chat and chatted with an agent and said most holidays ya are close but it all stores are open. I gave them this locations address and they would reach out to the store and follow up with me. I never got a reply and its very deceiving that all other locations were able to market closed hours except this store and the online agent was sure that lush would be open. Had to go visit another store to find something similar products.

I love lush products, and the people here are simply amazing! They are helpful without being pushy. It is always a treat to visit.

My favorite location in the state! I usually get excellent customer service at any location, but they go above and beyond here! Everyone I have ever interacted with at this location has been knowledgeable, helpful, and generally wonderful to be around. Even if I have had a terrible day before coming into the store, I always leave in a fantastic mood because of the incredibly sweet staff!

I went here today to check out their Barbie Collection. Their workers are so nice and sweet! Very informative and knowledgeable. She even offered me samples to try. I will definitely come back here again! Thanks, ladies!!
