        Filed a complaint against this dentist with tsbde due to gross misconduct and have not returned/contacted them since, as I had no plans to ever return. Yet, at the year's start, here he is harassing me. This dentist lacks awareness and empathy, and thats scary as a medical practitioner. $0 balance, so there is nothing to say, yet his communication persists... He wont mail me my complete records, but sends frivolous letters in the mail instead. Its beyond weird. Public awareness of his private conduct is essential. Beware.

        My wife and I have been going to Mint Dental Works for nearly 8 years. Dr. Zarrabi is awesome, his staff is very good and friendly, and the office is very nice and convenient on Memorial Drive. I highly recommend Mint Dental Works!!!

      The letter we mailed you in January is standard ADA protocol, which included a form for you to fill out to receive your records.
