My name is Hadassa G. Perry. My foster son was at Nexus during five months. I had an excellent experience with all therapists. Im so thankful to them because they provided support and love to my son until DFS shared the custody with me, then I was able to bring him back home. His behavior is much better, he is a hugger and sweet nine years-old boy. I received the training from Nexus before his discharge. They are very professionals and compassionate staff. Nexus Neuro in Conroe nurses and therapy teams are the absolute best. The leadership team and Case Managers are not assessable. No email, wrong phone numbers, voicemails not returned all which caused my brother to loose his job and medical insurance due to their failure to file his Medical Leave with his employer. Once they made their mistakes they kicked him out pre-maturely without completing his rehab. With no insurance their planned at home therapy didnt happen, Neuro appointment with doctor didnt happen, and now the pharmacy will not fill his seizure Medicine. The case management team ruined all possibilities for him to have and normal productive life.
