Spent over 2k for a concert that we attended and everything mentioned was false advertisement...1.) Meet and greet was not at time mentioned on email. Once we arrived at venue we were given a small piece of paper mentioning new time and place. But no one from staff new anything about this. We waited over 3 hrs to get some sort of direction. 2) parking lot. We paid 50 for parking and parking wasn't in area mentioned. We didn't have time to move car to new area cause we would miss our meet and greet. 3) on ticket purchase it states we would get merchandise at venue and non was received... we later got email mentioning that we would get items in 2 weeks from the date of the event. We emailed the email mentioned if we have questions and we were told items haven't been received from merchant. It's been over 3 weeks and seems we would not get those items as well. 4) we paid for front row seats and seats were taken when we finished with our meet and greet. Staff didn't removed the ppl seating there due to it was ppl from livenation.
