I had a wonderful experience until I came down to collecting my lab results. I tested on a Friday early afternoon. I needed a receipt (called Mon) and the lady said she had some results and the other would be available by Wed (3rd business day). I called the morning of the 4th business day 10:30am, the person put in a request to expedite she said I should have had the results because this is a normal test and I should hear back within 24 hours. After not hearing from the company I called at almost 6 pm on Friday. The man said that they were just informed that my lab work was not sent off until Monday to another facility out off state and I should have my results by next Thursday. Had I been told by the 1st two people that my results should be expected past the normal wait I wouldn't be upset. Also would have been nice to be informed of the delay. I work in healthcare. I had an interview that I needed to show my results for. I looked unprepared and then gave them the wrong information that my results should be soon. Next Thursday will be 9 business day.

Their website says 24/7 phone access. When you call, they say "we're sorry, but we're not open right now. Please call back at 8 AM." Online chat is also not available. Do NOT trust this company.

None of their labs are taking kids under 12. No notice is posted on their website. I had to call for a refund.
