I have 4 gift cards to old Chicago I got right at Covid, from my work, I have tried to use them online multiple times with no success, and the stores wouldnt except them saying they were too old even though they had a balance on them. The total for all 4 was $100. $25 per card, each card showed a balance on them and no one would except them. And now they say no balance or zero. So I will never support any brand this company owns. My opinion is I would be cautious about buying gift cards for loved ones from any of this companies brands. They obviously wont honor them. Based on my experience Lost a customer on all your stores for life. I will never return. Nor would I recipe d old Chicago, Logans steak house, rock bottom brewery, walnut brewery chow house.

The company is Trash I havent been paid for 3 weeks management at the establishment is trash, and the company SPB is completely unprofessional and does not care for its employees or branch companies.

I have left several messages for Chief Counsel about OSHA whistleblower investigation of fraudulent employment classification resulting in constructive discharge. No response and no direct phone number provided. Very sketchy.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for, they do not give their employees vacations and depressing insurance.
