A couple years ago we had a project of over 5,000sqft of porcelain tile to be installed. I purchased the tile on clearance from another company and asked if Crymar Finishes would be willing to do the installation. They sent out a representative of their company (Gabino) to look at the space as well as the flooring. After reviewing, Gabino pointed out how the tile we purchased was not optimal for installation as it had a slight bow to it. He then told me that they would be happy to install it, however, that I might need to taper my expectations about the finished product. We agreed to move forward with Crymar Finishes. Even though Crymar Finishes/ Gabino and his crew were under a time-sensitive deadline, had to work around other contractors, and pivot to accommodate our request of thinner grout lines than had initially been anticipated, they finished on time with a quality that exceeded our expectations. They were not satisfied with the job until we were. They were professional. They were diligent. After now seeing similar finished work in many other buildings, I think the level of installation quality with Crymar Finishes has been the best.
