It's a very clean place

Now that they've taken over the hospital in Tomball the entire facility except for the cafeteria looks like they're going out of business. Elevators missing lights, running out of blankets in the ER and a staff that is very mediocre. There are exceptions to the mediocre staff but they will be getting a very long and detailed letter from me when my mom is discharged.

I am highly disappointed an outraged in the treatment I received as a recent former employee of this company and a veteran. I worked for one of the Physician Service Groups and I loved the people that I work with. But when it came to management and me leaving things turned for the worst. I've been in contact with HR since 8 am this morning trying to find out why I haven't received my last direct deposit from them. I was informed around 4 pm by the HCA HRAnswers service that my termination or resignation date was pushed back to May 7 on May 21 without my knowledge. This was done by Rachel Bryant. I've never spoken to this lady for an exit interview May 21, 2021 was my last day at work which is the date in my two-weeks notice that was sent to my PM and HR on May 6th, 2020 So essentially, I worked two weeks for free. I contacted local HR by email and phone numbers for them to tell me that I couldn't be found in the system. Which is confusing because all my information could be seen by HCA HRAnswers in Nashville, TN. I should not have to beg a job for money that I worked for. And I do have a copy of my resignation letter with the correct date. I would not recommend working for this company. As I'm not the first employee that this happened to working in the same PSG office.
