It's on convenient corner before entering I-45 south towards galveston from downtown. Most places in are have extreme gas and sundries prices because of location based on proximity to downtown houston. THIS PLACE DOES NOT!! The store might be a little higher than suburban areas, but not nearly like most in same area. I do understand property is very expensive to rent or buy in this area but there are stores charging NYC prices for gas, drink, food and cigarettes. I recently went into a store in this area that did not have a price on any thing in store , just barcodes. Took a 20 oz. Soda, small bag of pretzels and asked for a pack of Marlboro special select and my total was $19.85! I inspected items for traces of gold or diamonds only to find they were just regular items you can get elsewhere for les than $11.00! I walked out of that store feeling sick to my stomache. Unfortunately I had started gas with debt card before going in and discovered that I had paid $1.23 more a gallon that was available less than 2 blocks away. If I could have siphoned it out I would have my tank holds 35 gallons and I was on E...THIS STORE DOES NOT RIP YOU OFF JUST BECAUSE IT CAN! THE CASHIER IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND THE GAS IS WITHIN 10 CENTS OF AREA AVG! KUDOS TO THE OWNER FOR HIS FAIRNESS AND HIS KINDNESS.
