I don't know where to begin, but I wish I could give them ZERO stars - If you know what is good for you do not use them for personal or subcontract work. My contractor used them to install my quartz and to build the barn doors for my bedroom. We sent him measurements and style at the beginning of November and were expecting them by Thanksgiving. We did not receive on time. In fact when we asked for them he said he hadn't even started because he forgot. They were then promised by the 2nd week of December. We got them a week late and they were warped at the bottom so we had to return them and wait once again for new ones. Richard, the owner, guaranteed the doors would be delivered the following Wednesday and that he was going to personally make them to ensure they were done right. Wednesday came and went and no doors. He told my contractor that he was ill and that he would make sure his carpenter was on them and they would be in by Friday. That was in December. Today is 2/5/19 and I still do not have bedroom doors. Richard, the owner, received a payment of $1100 on these doors in November and has refused to reimburse that money. I finally ordered the doors from Home Depot at almost half the price. I will continue to try and get my money back from him, but if you are smart stay away from this company. They are crooks to say the least
