This company is going around Houston taking advantage of the elderly by having them take out multiple large loans in their names!! Preying on the elderly is unprofessional and disrespectful especially when these loans can cause them to lose homes that have been their homes for many years!! I would never recommend nor use this company!!!

Im writing this from the fake email that you guys created and put it in Hebrew language to steal money and apply for loans in my name! All of this is going to backfire on you, I dont see how you guys sleep at night knowing that you are stealing from elderly people and trying to take everything that theyve worked so hard for! We will see you guys soon in court so I hope you have all of your ducks in a row! I have filed a police report, and spoken with the mayor of Houston about what you guys are doing! How in the world do you charge an elderly couple $25,000 for a roof on a storage shed and then steal the extra shingles that you bought with their money back! You are getting ready to be on the news so I hope you have on your best attire! You guys have e-signed for more than $300,000 in an elderly couples name, do you know that thats fraud or do you even care? I do not recommend your company for NOTHING!!!!

This company scams elderly people by applying for loans online in their names. They make up fake emails and e-sign the paperwork and the victim never knows and in massive amounts they upcharge the victims and purchase extra materials only so they can steal it back for the next projects. The number for their office doesnt work. The owner calls himself the real estate king because he charges these people large amounts of money and then when they cant pay it he steals their property from right under their noses by putting a lein on it! Ive contacted the news and the mayor about this because they are ridiculously scamming and abusing elderly people out of things that theyve worked so hard for! I do not recommend this company to anyone! They get an -F from me!
