The owner and vice president are stuck in their old ways. My wife worked here for 8 years. For 8 years, they overlooked her performance. For 8 years, they always big littered her. While a new hire, specifically a male they would bend over backward for the male worker. My wife gave them a stellar 8yrs of work performance, and they would always tell her what she wanted to hear. They would always give her false promises. They would always say they would raise her pay with the same outcome at the end of the year. Some people would say then why she stayed there for so long. But the answer to that is that she is loyal. She believes in working hard and that good things will come. She had high hopes because they would always tell her they valued her. They valued her performance and dedication she had always given the company. After years of trying to convince her of what the owner really was. She finally opened her eyes and saw how they were playing her all this time. She has now moved on to better things. The reason for this review is to shed some light on this company. If you are a woman, they will devalue you and will always value the male counterpart more.
