We had a communications emergency, and needed immediate help. Our usual IT company was unavailable so we Googled and found Elitech Solutions. John came out that same day, and worked for hours until he was able to resolve our many issues. Very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I Have know and worked with John at Elitech for many years. His company is very professional and up to date with all technology. Elitech managed 5 terminals for Terrier Transportation for IT network support. His company built custom requested servers for our network system. Kept our IT room extremely clean. Elitech took lead on network build outs at two newer offices within agreed upon time line. Very affordable and competitive pricing. Elitech designed and updated Terrier website. When travel to out side terminals were required John took care of the scheduling himself. Elitech works very well with outside vendors when designing and interfacing separate TMS systems. Best part of working with Elitech was that John always came on site even after any new desk top set ups were requested to be relocated or new editions.

Elitech are an attentive and knowledgeable IT consultancy that put the clients needs at the heart of everything they do. They are also happy to learn and gain experience in areas they do not know; we have a SolidWorks PDM vault (that is complex to manage and upgrade) and they had no previous experience in managing that type of system. However, they managed the upgrades well and allowed minimal non productive time due to their thorough review and implementation.

We have known John and used his services for 15 yrs plus. He is always prompt to respond to our calls and never fails to fix our computer problems.
He is always very patient with us while explaining what he is doing. He is always good about teaching us how to cure our own problems.
