This place is amazing! They where able to unfreeze my iMac, update it, retrieve all of my data, photos & videos I had from my family and basically gave me back my iMac like it was Brand new! I have an iMac Late 2014, I tried to update it myself and my iMac Froze on me! After attempting several things I decided I should stop and not mess with it more than I have because I had photos of my family from years that meant so much to me. I did a Google search and read several reviews on companys that could possibly fix this and thats when I called Experimax. I Spoke with Patricia who is very knowledgeable on computers, softwares, updates, Drives etc. She literally explained to me in detail what she thought the problem was and what the process would be. I left my iMac with them and one week later was fixed! I highly recommend this place!
