James went above and beyond for us. Our lease was up for renewal, so he did a brief interview to find out what we wanted. From there, he found several suitable locations and personally took us to each one. He asked the management of each location pressing questions, which was nice to see. At the 11th hour, our building made us a renewal offer (which was good), but James stepped in and made it even better. Highly recommend him.

This is our second time working with WorkSpace Commercial Real Estate Services, the first being for our first commercial lease and the second time recently in connection with our second larger lease. In sum, we are thoroughly satisfied as our expectations have been exceeded.
