This place is the true definition of switch and bait. They will tell you something over the phone and upon completion of the job they invoice out for more money. I've been doing business with this place for almost 10 years. Last year they changed ownership and management. To cut to the chase i called to reorder some invoices (500) and i asked the manager "Maria" to please give me at least 10 invoices since i was completely out. She quoted me $330 which was perfectly fine with me. .She sure made it happen and gave me 10 invoices per my request to get by untill the 500 i ordered were complete, the next day i get an invoice for $387. She charged me for the rush service (which in 10 years hasn't happened once until the new ownership happened) and a "change fee "for literally adding one word which is something also the previous owners never did. I was ready to order polos from them for my team along with continuous business. I paid the difference and sent an additional $50 tip to whoever worked on them, Its the principal. I would have even paid a $100 more for rush service but this is something that should be disclosed to the customer and not just charged without their consent. Make sure you ask your total final price before approving a job, they would probably you bill for the invoice they print so careful. Very disappointing, Due your due diligence before you do business with them.
