Starbucks

Online their location says that they are open until 10 PM on Saturdays. I was here at 8:26 and no one assisted me for 10 minutes at the drive-through, I went around to see if they are still open and there were still employees inside with all the lights on and a few people sitting outside. I then saw two women approach the door and they refused to acknowledge them so I did not even try to go in.

I placed my order online via the app. I walked in at 9:30AM, and my order was supposed to be ready at 9:37AM. Lo and behold, my drink and egg bites were sitting there, happily waiting for me! Super thrilled that the employees were able to complete my order ahead of time, I said thank you!, and no one acknowledged me, which is fine! I know this store is fairly busy and it was probably a little noisy. I then noticed that I needed a straw, as they were nowhere to be found. I admit, it was been awhile since I walked into an actual Starbucks store, so I don't know if straws are no longer publicly available. I stood at the counter, and waited for someone to see me so I could grab one. The part that frustrated me was the fact that the gentleman that was doing mobile orders completed a drink, walked towards me, dropped off the drink at the mobile counter not even three feet away from me, called out the name, and without even acknowledging me, turned around and proceeded to make another drink. ???? Rude. The lady that was taking drive-thru orders finally saw me, and helped me out. So thank you to that sweet lady! A big EFF YOU to the dude. -_-
