Both Natalie and Freddie were amazing and very helpful. I like a very particular type of jeans and wasn't thinking about trying other options. Natalie and I chatted about how wide the straight leg is at the bottom so she suggested skinny jeans, which I never wear. Come to find out they're perfect! Pretty much like the "old school" straight legs that aren't too wide. Really great experience. Not only does the quality of product warrant the price but the customer service really makes it worth it. Thanks for being so helpful!

Love this store, I normally stay at the Galleria when I visit and this is the store I always visit (sometimes multiple times). Staff are always friendly (some more sales orientated than most) and give advice on styles and clothing which is very helpful. Also good for local suggestions on places to eat, all of which have come out great so far. At the same time they always seem upbeat and happy, not something you always see! Especially in retail. I've got some great finds here, often things I would not have thought of getting initially. And they've even helped me get the best deal on my stuff.
