Once Upon A Child - Westheimer

Have been in the store 3 times prior. Weve just brought everything in we exchange washed in bags. This time we were turned away after making a 30 minute drive.

Looking for clothes for my kids, as a single father its hard for me to afford clothes to my 5 kids, but this place is awesome, the staff was great and friendly, definitely recommend coming here for anyone who wants the best costumer service. My son Marley loved his new outfit.

The people that work here are so unprofessional. I've been coming to this store for years and customer service clearly seems to be something the owners don't worry about here. The katy location seems to be much better.

I love shopping at this store.The minute you walk in you are greeted by the entire staff. Dalia is very professional and friendly . An awesome person !!The store is nicely organized very clean . I highly recommend this store.

Brought in a Kidkraft kitchen brand new, cocomelon Rideon, other toys, holiday Dresses and some other clothes I was offered $40 for all of it, I asked the lady isn't the offering price supposed to be 30-50% of what the item originally costs as stated on the website she said "No it's only 5%" this is either false advertising by once upon a child or the employees are deciding the prices based on whatever they feel like offering. Such a rip off. The employees make you feel like a bother they don't greet you and are not welcoming at all.
