        Chicken OK, most times, it's old, and small . Biscuit is hard and over cooked. They just pass it on to drive thru customers, if you go in you get better chicken. Mac and Cheese and other sides are from a box or cans, with absolutely no seasoning.. I the 11 herbs and spices is only for the little pics of old chicken. 2 Handicap Parking Spaces and one always has stand water in it... Lots of people park in the Designate Handicap Parking Spaces and always threatening me. 2 of the Employees park in the Spaces and have no valid Designate Handicap Tag or the Blue or Red Placard. One employee said he didn't care if he got a $500-$600 the car was not his, he's just driving and Parking illegal...okie dokie.

        I give my experience a 2 star.. i came by the drive thru and of top on the drive thru speaker sounded very low like the speaker wasnt working properly and the cashier named Melissa sounded very unenthusiastic. . . you need friendly people that make you feel welcome not unwelcome.. I ordered a 5pc tenders and one of the tenders was raw.. I asked for honey and didnt receive it.. nor was I asked if I needed any condiments..

        Stopped by for lunch. Service was very friendly and efficient!! Food was delicious and hot and didnt seem like it was sitting under a heat lamp. No one in line so got my order very quickly !! Will definitely be back again !!

        I wish I could give this place 0 stars! They never have anyone working, the drive thru is slow. I order on the app and every time my order is wrong. I kid you not EVERY TIME. This place is ridiculous, management doesn't help.

        Ive experienced the worst customer service I have ever had. The manager is Beyond RUDE!!!! I ordered original chicken for my family of six and was turned around due to the lack of them wanting to actually work. I will not recommend this place to ANYONE! if you seek good customer service in addition, to great food dont go to this location and waste your time. There is no hospitality here.
