        Another horrible quality chain restaurant waiting to dry up and fail. After visiting tonight I see why. The nastiest greasy, "crispy" chicken I have ever tasted from a KFC. Do yourself a flavor and find another restaurant.

        I ordered 12 pieces of fried chicken through Uber Eats. When they delivered I counted and realized I only got 10 pieces, 2 pieces are missing. I will never buy from this place ever again.

        Went looking for some KFC for the wife. Thought this place was closed, not much light and nobody in the lot. Drove up anyway and luckily they were open. They said it was "impossible to get all white meat. I asked if it was a Houston thing because every other KFC in the USA I've been to allows it for a fee. They said I'd have to do the order online. I paid and still had to park and wait. I received my order complete at least, better than Monroe, WA which always shorts one or two pieces.

        Customer service individual was not very pleasant. I haven't had KFC in about 15 years and thought well let's try and again I didn't enjoy it.
