Ordered food only one of three employees seemed to be working both front and drive through. Drinks were flat at the lobby soda machine and lacking the sweetner juice at the drive through. One lady working was really too busy to help me when I walked up waiting for multiple minute multiple times and my partner had issues to when he spoke to her she was very rude cutting him off and telling him just give me your cup so she could get him ice because their ice was empty in the lobby. It was a bad experience and I wish I didn't go.

The employees here, Veronica, Norma & Michelle & Shift manager BeBe make all the difference at this location! These ladies know what it takes to prepare and serve fresh fried chicken! I hope these Hardworking employees are recognized for their efforts.

Lotta money for a little food what happened to common courtesy of asking somebody if they want sauce rather than just leaving it up to them to tell you that they wanted you know what I mean the service has not been up to standards for me for here nor the food portions seems like I can't get somebody to speak English at the counter either that's all other than that kernels chicken was good

Long post, but honest... So, we go at 8pm. They are open another 2 hours. The manager was busy flirting with some guy at the front counter. She finally takes mine and my husband's order. I ordered a breast and wing, crispy. She tells me they don't have any. Then she says they have to make some and it'll take 13mins. I said "okay, I'll wait". She rolled her eyes, and told the other lady that I wanted extra crispy white meat and I wanted to wait. She didn't know I'm bilingual. We proceeded with our order. Then as the chicken finished frying, I seen the amount that she tried, and told another associate (filling in from taco bell) that I wanted to add another crispy piece. The taco bell associate told the manager. Then in Spanish, she said oh my god, we don't have anymore, it's for another order. I then asked that manager to come back to the counter instead of sending the girl up there. I asked her what the problem was. She told me what I ordered. I said "okay and I'm adding to that order... I'm paying so what's the big deal". She said that the other chicken was for an Uber eats order. I asked if the driver was there yet. She said no. I said "okay, well serve the customer in front of you, fry some more chicken, make them wait 13 minutes, and honor my request". She reluctantly did it. It's amazing how she spoke PERFECT English while she was flirting with the black guy at the counter before we walked in...then all of a sudden she barely spoke any when my husband and I ordered. This type of service makes me wonder how this restaurant selected this individual as a manager. Like, they had no other qualified, customer friendly person to fill that roll? Amazing.

I have been to this location several times and never had the experience I had today. The young man that took my order had a horrible attitude. Once I paid and I received my order I checked my order to make sure it was correct. It wasn't. It appeared to be a misscomunication, which i understand because the box faces the highway and it can be loud. What upset me was the attitude. I asked to speak to the manager, and while I spoke to the manager (Norma) he was just rolling his eyes behind her as if I could not see him. Norma and I were speaking in spanish which I guess made her believe that it was my main language because she asked me to next time just let them know I speak spanish so there wouldn't be any issues. So I asked her why I would do that when I speak fluent english, this was the second thing that made me feel disrespected. The third, I was going to pay for the missing side, since again, misscomunication but the manager said it was fine and did not charge me. The young man proceeds to say "she's just trying to be cheap". Such a disrespectful young man. I can now see why I don't see many decent or good reviews for this location. It is clear that there are no higher ups checking this location.
