        It is offensive to black owned businesses that this organization is so poorly run. They claim to have no current President. Their black business directory has never worked.

        Unacceptable customer service and unable to find the physical location according to address on Google. I went to each building (3) at the listed address, checked the directory, and spoke with others that worked in the office buildings; it was as of they didnt exsist or were never located at that address. Over the last month and half I have sent several emails to inquire about membership and yet to receive clarity. Once I received a reponse to the several emails I sent, I was directed to someone else, who I sent two separate emails, and have yet to receive a response. As a new entrepreneur looking to connect with other black business owners, I am disappointed to say the least.
