We submitted financial information for D&M to do an analysis; after several months later , I followed up with emails and calls only to find that the CPA that met with us was no longer working at their offices, but the "cherry on top of the cake" was that all the financial information we submitted had disappeared ....

We had to move to this company because our CPA sold out to them. We were given a CPA Named Carol! The 2 years we have been there, every time I call or email her and I quote, I am too busy with my Big Accounts, to speak to you, I am working 60 hours a week and if I have time I will try to get back to you! I am a small company and 67 years old, and for the first time I had about $295,000.00 in my account because 1 of my accounts paid for us what they owed us for 3 years prior! I had contacted her numerous time to help me decide what to do with the money as not to have to pay a $81,105 in taxes on this money! She was always too busy or flying to Florida with her daughter or her house flooded, so in other words screw me, which she did! Since she would not help I am now paying the IRS $81,105, which will probably put my small company out of business, especially because we have not resumed getting business back because of Covid. I am truly devastated about this and don't know what to do especially being 67 years of age. Please take my advice and do not use her unless you are a HUGE company that I bet she saved them from owe any money while burdening me with a tax bill of $81, 105! Because we were too small for her and she just truly didn't care at all!
