        This place has very shady business practices. I came here to get my screen protector and they said we can offer you a free watch with this promotion we have going on. I clearly stated to rep I do not want my bill to go up. She stated that I'm going on a better plan and it going to go down and stay about the same since we we ni longer carry sprint plans. So I said fine. Well I get my first bill it went up almost 60 percent. I am not happy. They need to teach the employees not to lie to make a sell. Very dishonest practices. You have been warned!

        The employee ( sooo sorry I can't remember her name) was very pleasant and helpful. I had to call and the manager was very helpful as well. Wednesday evening I had to go get my new phone and met the manager in person. Very professional and relaxed. She made my frustration very calm. Thank you!!!
