DO NOT SHOP HERE !!! SCAMMERS!!! Went to pay my $60 phone bill . Unlimited internet with high speed hot spot . Sales rep pitched a free tablet (that I didnt want) told him I did not want it . After minutes of us going back in forth over me not wanting the tablet . The sales rep proceeds to say okay Ill just give it to you for free . However, he (without my permission ) changed my monthly plan from the $60 to the $30 plan and added a plan to the tablet ( that I gave away) !!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ? Now Im out of town with no high speed internet/no hotspot to manage my at home business. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Luckily Metro PCS customer service was able to fix it .
