        They are great! I went there on the 29 of June and was gonna return a phone that I was having a problem get on because over the phone my order didnt get my phone and the sims cards that was suppose to came with my phone was a problem! So I went in the store that day! So instead they helped me get the phone with waving the activation fee and Im so grateful for them her and the guy that day did their thing! It was around 7 something in the evening when I went! I would say if you with T-Mobile and have a problem that you try resolve over the phone go in store! Its way better! Yall be blessed
