I haven't had a good experience in a cell phone store in quite some time so my expectations was really low going in. From the beginning to the end my wife and I was blown away with how well they treated us. Im so happy to have had such a positive experience at this store. The staff was very respectful, helpful, and didn't try to hard sell me anything, truly customer service.

NO REFUND POLICY. Beware all phones are rooted. If you don't know what this means I recommend you stay away from this place. I got a phone 3 days ago (Galaxy S6 Edge Plus) the add said "brand new in the box unlocked" To me this means this is a new phone that is not balcklisted so I can just put my SIM card in. I was not able to use Samsung pay and found out it is because the phone is rooted. Samsung is no longer liable for system malfunction and the warranty is breached. I called and the phone guys about this and they said that if I didn't have the tech knowledge they were not responsible and NO REFUND POLICY and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Will be calling the police.

These guys are awesome. Great service. Got a tempered glass and they even installed it for me. Very reasonable price and good quality products. Friendly staff and very professional. Will do business again and recommend them to others.
