        Got a Vechicle reserved the night before only to find out they pulled the bait and switch on me the next day when I was going out of town. I had to go with a different company. Beware of the bait and switch of this company at this location.

        I will never rent from this enterprise location ever again if even enterprise!! This location is full of scam artist that will try and pull quick moves to have you paying for damages on vehicles and dont disclose information!! They are fraud artist and i will be escalating this to the deepest extent!

        Enterprise on Fairmont and Beltway came through and went the extra mile for me! I know they are a little higher than some rental places but the customer service is worth it. You get what u pay for!!

        Worst Place to rent a car, and customer service is horrible. They are all about selling anything in form of a car as long as they make their money, they don`t care about you. Will not advise my worst enemy to rent from them.
