        This is just for the pickup so far. The gentleman nice and quick with my car. Hey he car is also CLEAN - like clean, clean!! This is shocking to me as hertz gave me a half clean car that needed repairs.

        Enterprise's motto "We're there when you need us" certainly doesn't apply to this branch. After reserving a vehicle over a month in advance all I got when I needed my rental was a phone message from Dcairi while I was in flight to Houston telling me they were sold out and would not be fulfilling my reservation. They made absolutely no effort to secure a vehicle from nearby branches or the airport. I realize these are difficult times but where is the commitment to their customers. I also have heard nothing from corporate from my complaint left on their website. Never again Enterprise.
