713 Steam: Mobile Detailing & Car Wash

Chapman and his team are unbelievable. I had a mold infestation in my vehicle and searched all over houston for a detailing service that addressed mold. I was blown away by the level of attention and care offered by the team. They took out my seats and all floor mats to thoroughly address the mold and remediate. Additionally I had a check engine light that my dealership told me would cost $2K to fix oxygen sensors and I couldnt address my oil change until I did it. Chapman did a diagnostic and quoted me 90% of that. Very honest team. Will continue to frequent their establishment.

I use this company. They scratch up my car. I wont trust them again with my vehicle. The car is scratch Im not sure how they got it done no give them it to drive for me to get clean and state inspected. My car came back scratch. Horrible !

No showed twice, no phone call. There are plenty of other companies that do what they do, go with someone else.

I booked the $300 emerald package with the expectation that my new to me truck would be meticulously cleaned inside and out. After dropping my truck off, I came back 2.5 hours into the 3 hour appointment to find my truck being run through a car wash and wiped down with a towel.... not what is advertised. With 30 minutes left, the truck body had not been waxed, nor the windows treated with rain-x. I watched one of the workers then proceed to smear wax on the truck with his bare hands. As soon as I saw this, I flagged down the manager to question what in the world they were doing. The manager was appalled I had the audacity to question how his employee was "waxing" my truck . With a straight face he argued that they're the professionals and correct in doing it like that. "We do this everyday, we know what we're doing". I started taking pictures to document how it was being waxed. The manager started to get mad, questioned why I was taking pictures, started accusing me of rushing them and told his employees to stop and it was time to ring me up. Before I paid for this "professional" detail, I asked to look at the interior which the manager said was going to be perfect. As soon as I opened the door I was underwhelmed. Grime was still present on the doors panels, door jams, cup holders and under the seats. Water spots and dust were visible on the console gauge and plastic control knobs. Aside from removing 2 coffee stains and some light grime on the hood, nothing was done with attention to detail or as advertised.
