My first review. I signed my contract back in March they still haven’t finished my closet not worth paying $20000. I am still waiting for them to call me back and when they gonna finish up my closet. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

Don’t waste your money on a “Designed Closet” the “designer” is a man that comes with a cuadriculated paper and draws something on 2 dimensions paper. If you think you’re going to have a real designer with something put together on a basic computer software for you to see it better on a 3 dimension, nope they don’t do that. We were scheduled to have our installation on 2 days and somehow we ended up with a busted water line that we had to paid to fix it and second the “designer” measured everything wrong. I have gaps all over the furniture. They weren’t even able to complete my installation and I have clothes all over the floor and they’re expected to come back in a month and they already charged my credit card for the full amount. Don’t make the same mistake as I did and find you a real designer with a responsible company. Check the pictures for you to see if!

Do not use this company unless you're ready to deal with a lot of headache, frustration and disrespect. Like most reviews, we have have had the same issues. Ordered our closet in January and they collected half of the payment as soon as we signed the contract and the other half when they started the project in April. My closed has been completely paid for for 8 months and I am still waiting on them to finish the install. Every time I call they tell me the parts are on back order. They have told me the same thing for 8 months. They say someone will call with an update and nobody ever calls until I call again. This company has terrible business practices, by far the worst I have seen. They have no respect for people's time or money. They straight up stole my money bc they have been paid for something that obviously they do not plan on delivering. I truly believe that this company is a scam and are out to steal people's money. Do not give these people your hard earned money. Please. Do not provide them with business and save yourself the headache from dealing with unprofessional people.
