I love the place and I love the people that work there. I loved the way they understood my tears when I traded in my 24 year old Explorer that I have trusted and loved for so many years! She already has a new home with the finance person's grandma within the hour! I am so happy!!!! I now have a beautiful new Nautilus and couldn't be happier! Thank you Chris Poulos, Ryan O'Cain, Joseph Decker, and Chris Carbone! And while I am at it, the wonderful SERVICE DEPARTMENT has taken care of my 2000 Explorer through the years and made my love relationship with her last a long time! Thanks to you all! I now have the second new car I have ever purchased. You guys made it much easier for me!

What an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone from the sales person, Amaechi, to the sales manager and the finance manager. Everyone was professional, kind, and courteous. I didn't buy a Lincoln but they still treated me as if I bought the most expensive vehicle on the lot. I would definitely recommend coming back here and I will definitely be back in the future.
