Parking policies are poor and staff very rude. I have been going to LA fitness for a while now. Got there this morning, parked, walked upstairs to LA fitness and as I was about to enter, my daughter called and said the school bus didn't show up and I had to pick her up to take her to school. So I headed back down to the garage and trying to leave. My parking ticket wouldn't let me out without paying. I got on the phone through the intercom who was very insistent that I pay or go back up. Their time window to leave without paying is 5 min!. It takes 5 min to maneuver in that garage to get anywhere. I requested that I have to head back in a rush. The attendant was very adamant. Then my parking ticket wouldn't come out to run back up. So i sat there for a few min for someone to come out to fix that who was very rude and insisted that i pay. When i refused he finally struggled to get the ticket back out and I had to go up to get it stamped. Seriously, if you have been in this building what can I do in 15 min. Most parking garages in the texas med centre have a 15 min limit which is sensible. Seems like this garage just wants to just squeeze out for every min it can charge for! Horrible service!
