Fraudulent business practices in coordination with Taylor Morrison. Was told flooring would acclimate and it was not. Requested technical evaluation from manufacturer since Wisenbaker intentionally deviated from manufacturers recommend acclimation period of wood flooring. Taylor Morrison and Wisenbaker, coordinated with their sales rep at Mohawk that had no technical knowledge to provide a letter stating nothing was wrong. Despite the obvious conflict of interest both Taylor Morrison and Wisenbaker refused to submit a warranty claim to get a technical review of the installation. Said rep never evaluated the installation, because the floor protective coverings were never removed and he never visited the site. Huge gaps in floor due to wood contracting without acclimation so Wisenbaker and Taylor Morrison tried to cover up the horrible installation by filling them with putty.

My wife and I decided our interior could use some updates, since it had been the same for the past 20 years and it was starting to look dated. After doing some research, we decided to go with Wisenbaker for our cabinets and for some nice granite countertops. Our experience was seamless from start to finish. They arrived on time, and the installation took far less time than we expected, which was great because we were excited to get back to entertaining. It’s been a few months since they installed our new cabinets and countertops, and they’re still looking fresh and great. Very happy with the quality overall.
