Al, general manager and Joseph were extremely professional and friendly. They provided quality customer service and were patient in the briefing. I will be returning to this location. Thank you

Manager is a nice person and employees are polite. Though the place looked like drive-through, I was informed to get-off and the employee there got in my car. Prefer a drive-through. Plus they got the cabin and air filters off and as usual, they recommended for a new one. Those just needed to be dusted and I requested them. They refused and put it back. I mean you already took it and other places do it in courtesy. I did not even request them to be taken out for inspection. The oil I billed for was not there and I got a different oil. I got to know this only at the end. If I was informed before, I would have went for full synthetic. Could improve on different points.

Came in for State Inspection on a Sunday. Great service ; super efficient.

Got turned down from getting a top up for Oil by Alvin at this location. Horrible service and very dilapidated old repair center with poor management

Went in to get my headlight changed and they charged me for the light AND used one i had purchased on my own at auto zone. When i went to auto zone to return it it was no longer in my car went back to jiffy lube and they pretended to give it back instead they gave me one of their own so when i went back to auto zone they told me that light wasnt theirs. It was embarrasing trying to return something that wasnt theirs. Ultimately jiffy lube refunded me 17 dollars for the bulb but now i dont trust them to be honest, so unfortunately i wont be back. I wish they would have just made it right and been honest the first time i went and asked about my lightbulb.
