        I call about purchasing a bearing, I had the bearing number and everything. The guy asked what was it for when I told him it was for a trailer, he did want to help me anymore. He said you need to go to the auto parts for that. This is a unique size bearing and the auto parts don't carry it, that's why I was calling Channel Bearing. Also I thought a Bearing is a Bearing, it doesn't matter what its going in I just need to know if you have a bearing that match the number on the bearing I have. This is poor customer service, will not attempt to use them again.

        Came in to pick up bearing Clint was very helpful was in and out in ten min staff very knowledgeable highly recommend they also have coffee n candy bar yum
