DONT USE THIS ATTORNEY if you have a llc and owe irs for business and personal. She admitted she didnt know how that works. She spoke with irs agents via phone and DIDN'T GET A NAME, REALLY? I explained I wasnt able to file ALL MY 940 and 941 and she said it was ok. ITS NOT OK BUT WAS ALREADY UNDER CONTRACT AND WAS STUCK WITH HER. MY PAYMENTS DOUBLED AND I ASKED WHYShe SAID it is what is is . People who are filing bankruptcy are doing a walk of shame, ALREADY. She just added humiliation on top of everything else. BEWARE. YOU PAY HER A LOT OF MINEY AND SHES OUT FOR HERSELF.
